In the manufacturing of hard metals, the carbon balance, the sinter degree, and the achieved grain size must be controlled to ensure a high product quality. The grain size and degree of dispersion of the raw material, the metal powder, is already checked. These correlate with magnetic parameters. The FOERSTER measuring systems allow a precise and geometry-independent measurement of the coercive field strength and the saturation polarization to control the material properties before, during, and after the sintering process.
KOERZIMAT HCJ: The KOERZIMAT HCJ measuring system allows a precise and fast measurement of the coercive field strength HcJ.
KOERZIMAT MS: The KOERZIMAT MS can be used to measure the weight-specific as well as the volume-specific saturation polarization automatically and precisely.
